Bagging and Packing Machine
NEWTON’s series of Automatic Weighing and Packing Machine are designed for non-free-flowing powdered or flacked materials into open-mouth bags. For example – flour, tea, PVC Granules, fertilisers and chemicals, stones, coal, coke etc.
Packaging Machine operations can be designed for variable package sizes and forms or for handling only uniform packages, where the machinery or packaging line is adjustable between production runs. Our machine comes in either net weigh or gross weight models available in MS or SS construction.
For packing bags with a large quantity, we have Jumbo/Big bag packing machine. Our machines come pre-fit with our high precision weight sensors and microprocessor basedcontrollers. A conveyor is also integrated to convey the bags once they have been filled and stitched/sealed manually or automatically.
Upto 6 bags ranging from 10-100kgs can be packed in a minute with an accuracy of +/- 0.5% or +/- 50gms. For Jumbo/Big bag machines, 15-20 bags up to 2000 kg / 2 tonnes can be filled and packed in an hour.
